For Creek to Bay Day 2004, we decided it was time to renew the stormdrain stencils in our area.

Why we did this:
2002 - Five Star Paint Company
2004 - Furtado's Painting

Site of major paint dumping in 2002. Old stencil has worn away.	Step 1: Sweep away debris.	Step 2: Position background stencil.
Step 3: Carefully spray white paint for backrgound of signage. Try to spray as evenly as possible and towards the center of the stencil to avoid overspraying and going outside the lines.	Step 4: Remove background stencil.	Step 5: After background is dry, center the "warning" stencil on top of the white rectangle.
Step 6: Spray evenly with blue paint.	Step 7: Remove carefully--voila no more excuses!
